I'm still alive

Livin life hardcore. If pictures are worth 1000 words, consider this the longest fucking post I have ever (and probably ever will) "write."

In semi-chronological order

The Lake:

ARGHHH MATEY

The nephew and I. He just learned to crawl in this picture so I would call him over to me (rather enthusiastically) then he would climb up, and we would have an awkward stare for a second. He would then continue on his way.

My brother-in-law and I sitting outside the wonderful trailer-by-the-lake meeting people as they walked by. A nice group of cougars drove by on a golf cart and threw us candy, parade-style.

On the boat with my boat hat. Also pictured: Sister.

Father and Son

Dayton:

Country party up in Dayton. I'm now in the market for a nice cowboy hat... because I make it look DAMN good. (^Exhibit A^)

The Great Outdoors:

A few pictures from a spur of the moment Sunday hike through some woods. I'm still dying to get out backpacking again. I really need to find some time for this (it's kind of hard/pointless to fit it in a small weekend trip).

Hike part 2

Empire State of Mind:

Four of the greatest (semi) eligible bachelors on this side of the Atlantic. This particular picture is taken outside of 30 Rock during a weekend trip up to NYC.

Last but far from least, one image of one of the most memorable weekends of the summer, and probably one of the most memorable of my life. Inside the original Coyote Ugly. Yes, THAT Coyote Ugly

Worry not, I still intend on blogging. This summer is just particularly crazy what with working 2 jobs and trying to get out and about a little too. So far so good.
